1. Who we are

The website www.mrmaestro.eu and the MR. MAESTRO online shop are run by:

In these terms, "we", "us" and "MR. MAESTRO" mean the business above. "You" means the person who uses the website or places an order.

2. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the website and when you buy from our online shop. Our shop runs on Shopify. Please read these terms before you order. When you place an order, you accept them.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

These terms are in English. We do not keep a separate copy of each contract. You receive your order details by email, so please keep that email.

3. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our shop is made for consumers who buy for personal use. If you want to buy for a business, please contact us first.

4. Products and prices

All products are available while stock lasts. We may stop selling a product at any time.

We work hard to show our products correctly. Colours and packaging in photos may still look a little different from the real product.

Prices are shown in the currency you choose in the shop. They include VAT where VAT applies. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you pay. Prices can differ between countries and currencies.

If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before we send your order. You can then accept the correct price or cancel the order and get a full refund.

5. How an order works

  1. Choose your products and go to checkout.
  2. Enter your details, choose delivery and payment, and check your order. You can correct any mistake before you confirm.
  3. When you place the order, we send you an email to say we have received it.
  4. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email or send your products, whichever comes first.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or a product is out of stock. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

You pay when you place your order, with one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed safely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Discount and partner codes:

  • You can use one code per order, unless the code says otherwise.
  • Codes have no cash value.
  • Codes may have an end date.

7. Delivery

We deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Delivery times and costs depend on your country and the delivery method. You see both at checkout. Delivery times are estimates.

If we do not deliver within 30 days, or within the time we agreed with you, you can give us a little more time. If we still do not deliver, you can cancel and get a full refund.

Switzerland and the United Kingdom: your parcel comes from the EU, so your country may charge import VAT, customs duties or handling fees. You pay these, unless the checkout says they are already included.

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we may charge the cost of sending it again.

The products are your responsibility from the moment you, or a person you name, receive them.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please tell us as soon as possible and send photos. We will help you.

8. Your right to cancel (14 days)

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can cancel your order within 14 days after you receive the products, without giving a reason. We give the same right to customers in Switzerland.

How to cancel:

  1. Send us a clear message by email (info@mrmaestro.eu). You can use the form at the end of these terms, but you don't have to.
  2. Send the products back within 14 days after you tell us. Our return address is above.
  3. You pay the cost of sending the products back.

Your refund: we refund your payment within 14 days after we receive your message. This includes the standard delivery cost. We refund to the payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the products back, or proof that you sent them.

Important for cosmetics: our products are delivered sealed. For health and hygiene reasons, you cannot cancel for a product once you have opened its seal. Unopened products in their original packaging can always be returned within the 14 days.

If a returned product has been handled more than needed to check it, we may take its loss of value from your refund.

9. Faulty or wrong products

If you live in the EU, you have a legal guarantee of at least 2 years from delivery. If a product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, write to us with:

  • your order number;
  • a short description of the problem;
  • a photo.

We will repair, replace or refund it as the law requires, and we pay the return cost. This does not affect your right to cancel in section 8.

10. Using our products safely

  • Our products are for external use only, unless the label says otherwise.
  • Follow the instructions and warnings on the packaging.
  • If you have sensitive skin, test a small amount on your inner arm first.
  • Avoid contact with the eyes. If a product gets into your eyes, rinse them with water.
  • If your skin becomes red, itchy or irritated, stop using the product. See a doctor if it does not get better.
  • Keep the products away from children.

Our products are cosmetics made under the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. They are not medicines.

11. Our content

All texts, photos, videos, logos and designs on the website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, share or use them for business without our written permission.

12. Using the website

Please use the website only in a lawful way. Do not try to damage it, break into it, or use it to send spam or harmful content. We may limit access for anyone who misuses the website.

13. Our responsibility

We are responsible to you as the law requires. We are not responsible for:

  • losses we could not foresee when you ordered;
  • damage caused by using a product against its instructions.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

14. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it to see what data we collect and why.

15. Complaints and disputes

If you are not happy, please contact us first. Most problems can be solved quickly. We answer written complaints within 30 days.

If we cannot solve the problem together, you can turn to:

  • In Hungary: the Conciliation Body of Veszprém County (Veszprém Megyei Békéltető Testület), or your local district office (járási hivatal) for consumer protection.
  • In another EU country: the European Consumer Centre in your country, which gives free help with cross-border purchases.
  • In the UK or Switzerland: your national consumer advice service.

16. Which law applies

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer and live in another country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer laws. You can also take legal action in the courts of the country where you live.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that were on the website when you placed your order apply to that order.
